As the Senior Executive Partner and Chief Executive Officer, I have full executive authority for the management of iSmart International Ghana Limited. My position is nominated by the Board of Partners and elected by the partners for a four-year term of office.
The responsibilities of the Senior Executive Partner and Chief Executive Officer fall under four principal headings:
• The business of iSmart Ghana, including the development and management of professional services at the highest level of quality, and compliance with all regulations;
• The development of policies and strategic direction;
• Financial performance;
• Partners, including the development and management of our talent goals.
Besides the four main pillars that shapes and govern the firm’s life line, there are additional responsibilities I am set out to perform which includes:
• Having responsibility for day-to-day management of the business affairs of the firm.
• Identifying the firm’s short-term strategies for realizing the long-term goals established by the Executive Committee and partners of the firm. Communicating and reaching decisions with the firm’s Executive Committee on implementation of firm policies and objectives.

Being heartily involved in the birthing of Alcatel in West Africa right from its introduction into the Ghana, Nigeria, Liberia and Sierra Leone market, I was responsible for the day-to-day running of the business with a particular emphasis on sales and business development. Making sure that the business continues to grow by way of developing new markets whilst maintaining the existing customer base.

• Introduced an integrated marketing campaigns focusing on product positioning and availability as well as new business model including DIY BTL activities in the market.
• Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments and ensuring closure of the deal in the Liberian Telecom Market.
